Doug, a managing director, developed the Large Cap Advantage Equity investment process and is the portfolio manager for the Large Cap Advantage core, growth, and value portfolios. In addition, he serves as a portfolio manager for the Multi-Factor All Cap, Large Cap Growth, and Large Cap Value Funds. He is responsible for directing the quantitative efforts of the Large Cap Advantage team and overseeing the respective research group. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, he worked for Penn Street Advisors Inc., the Penn Street Funds, The Vanguard Group, Rittenhouse Financial Services, and CoreStates Investment Advisors. Doug holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Chartered Market Technician. He is a member of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and also serves on Drexel University's Finance Advisory Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree in finance from Drexel University.

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Steve worked with Parker/Hunter Inc. and Prudential Financial. He received his M.B.A. in finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Steve also attended the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate studies, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business, as well as a certificate in accounting.

Previously, she also served as a strategic planning associate and later as an assistant vice president with PNC Healthcare. Luyi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Central Michigan University, graduating summa cum laude and receiving the Michigan Governing Board Award. In addition, she earned a Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors. In addition, he is part of the portfolio management team for the firm's multi-asset solutions, as well as the Multi-Factor All Cap, Large Cap Growth, and Large Cap Value Funds. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, he had co-op experience as an equity and quantitative research assistant at PNC, as well as co-op experience with Turner Investment Partners, LLC and Susquehanna International Group. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in economics from Drexel University where he graduated as the university valedictorian. Maureen joined the firm in 2005, coming from LaBranche Financial Services, where she was vice president of institutional sales trading. Prior to that, she was vice president of institutional sales for Abel Noser Corp., and head trader at Corestates Financial. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.

Previously, she was an account manager with Gratry and Company where she traded, reported performance, and handled administration for a group of investment clients. Natalie is the client portfolio manager for the Select Equity and Large Cap Advantage Equity investment teams. She is responsible for communicating all elements of each team's investment philosophy, process, and performance. In addition, she provides in-depth, sophisticated insights into specific portfolio strategy and individual securities and also serves as a key client service representative for the teams. Natalie has more than 20 years of experience in the investment management business. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a managing director on the Global Distribution team at Turner Investments. She was also an executive director at Echo Point Investment Management, as well as the portfolio specialist of that firm’s investment team. Previously, Natalie worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in New York, Philadelphia, and London. She started in the investment management industry with Miller, Anderson & Sherred, LLP, and began her business career with Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Eric is a portfolio manager for Custom Dividend Focus portfolios with the Large Cap Advantage Equity team. He is responsible for the investment management and client service of customized Dividend Focus portfolios. He specializes in active management of dividend strategies and has a long track record of creating customized portfolios focused on the objective of generating income with reduced risk. Prior to assuming his current position, Eric served as a senior investment adviser with the firm’s Institutional Asset Management group. Previously, he was a co-portfolio manager and analyst at MacKay Shields, a subsidiary of New York Life, for a $1.7 billion equity and convertible bond fund for institutional, mutual fund, and high-net-worth clients. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems, as well as an M.B.A. in finance with a specialization in investment management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Cincinnati.
