| | Brian Harrington Managing Director, Sales and Consultant Relations - Industry Experience: 20 years

| Brian is the managing director of sales and consultant relations. He joined the firm and its predecessors in 2005 as head of institutional business development and client service. He was formerly a partner and head of institutional sales and client service at the investment advisory firm Brown Advisory. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, he served as a managing director for ING with responsibility for business development in the Mid-Atlantic and Southern Regions of the United States. Before he assumed his role with ING, he served as the chief of staff for Aetna Financial Services (now ING Group). He also spent six years as the director for private and public sector relations at the Resolution Trust Corporation’s Oversight Board, the Washington D.C.-based federal agency responsible for the Savings and Loan Cleanup. In addition, he served in the office of public affairs for the International Trade Administration at the United States Department of Commerce. Brian is a graduate of LeMoyne College. He serves on the executive board of the Baltimore Area Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America and is a trustee of the Maryland Historical Society. |

| Dave is responsible for the communication of investment policy, process, and structure across the firm's internal client base. Additionally, he manages the firm’s sales support function, including the request for proposal response process. Dave has extensive investment experience including positions in portfolio management and investment administration. He has been with the firm or its predecessor since 1995. A CFA charterholder, Dave received a B.S. from Marquette University and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University. |

| As director for institutional sales, Tim is responsible for leveraging existing bank corporate client relationships in Pennsylvania and specializes in finding investment solutions for corporations, multi-employers, endowments, foundations, public funds and 401(k) plans. He’s been a professional in the financial services industry since 1994, focusing on asset management since 2002. Prior to joining the firm or its predecessor, Tim was a client consultant with Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc., where he successfully managed over 150 client relationships. According to Tim, one of the most satisfying aspects of his job is having clients come back to him years later to thank him for introducing them to an asset class or portfolio team that adds value to their investment portfolio. Tim holds a B.S. in Marketing from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. |

| Tim is managing director of retail distribution for PNC Funds, responsible for sales through retail financial intermediaries including broker dealers. Tim joined the firm or its predecessor from PFPC Distributors Inc., where he provided sales consulting and outsourced wholesaling services for investment firms as senior vice president., senior managing director of third party distribution. He previously held several positions with Victory Capital Management, an investment management subsidiary of KeyCorp including national sales director, registered investment advisor and independent broker dealer sales channel. Tim has also held positions such as national sales manager and financial consultant during a 16-year retail brokerage career. He has Series 7, 9, 24, 63 and 65 licenses and a B.A. in economics from Denison University. |

| Michael, director of alternative investments, is in charge of developing and growing the firm’s proprietary alternative investment product platform. He is directly responsible for all aspects of product management, strategic product development and risk management overlay. He chairs the Alternative Investment Risk Management Committee and plays a strategic role in alternative investment sales development and marketing for the complex. Michael joined PNC Capital Advisors in May 2008 from Bear Stearns Asset Management, where he had the dual role of managing director of institutional sales and head of distribution to the private client services division. Prior to that, he was head of institutional sales at Rydex Investments, where he was instrumental in developing its ETF business, and he was a national accounts director and national RIA sales manager at Fidelity Investments Institutional Services. He also was a senior sales leader at BISYS and Drexel Burnham Lambert, and a precious metals trader with the J.Aron Division of Goldman Sachs. Michael has a B.S. in pre-med studies from Villanova University and holds a Series 7, 63, 24 and 65 licenses. |

| Laurie leads institutional sales on the West Coast, focusing primarily on Public Funds. Prior to joining the firm or its predecessor, she demonstrated a successful track record of developing business within entrepreneurial companies. In seven years with FTSE Americas Inc., as director for FTSE America’s Western North American business, she managed institutional sales, business development and client service and significantly expanded the firm’s presence in the region. She was also with MyPoints.com, Inc., as director of strategic partnerships, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., as regional sales manager for the western U.S., and American Futures Group, Inc., as senior sales executive. She is a decorated veteran of the U. S. Army, a member of the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Laurie earned a B.S. in applied economics from the University of San Francisco and holds a Series 7 FINRA license. Laurie has been selected to serve on the SACRS (CA State Association of County Employees Retirement Systems) Affiliate Committee. |

She also was a senior vice president of global marketing at Deutsche Bank Group (Scudder Kemper) and senior vice president at Natixis (New England Investment Companies). She is a founder of Women Investment Professional, Chicago. Carla holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Chicago State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit. |

| As director for institutional sales, Chris is responsible for marketing the firm's products in the Southeast. He is based in the Atlanta area. Chris has more than 25 years of industry experience with an established track record of developing new sales territories and cultivating business within the institutional investment community. Previously, Chris was with BNY Asset Management/The Bank of New York, selling institutional products such as hedge fund of funds, real estate, bank loan pools, and other active and passive equity and fixed income products. Previous experience includes positions with Gabelli Asset Management, Berger Financial Group, and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and both the FINRA Series 7 and Georgia Series 63 licenses. |
