PNC Alternative Investment Funds
Upon the recommendation of PNC Capital Advisors, LLC, the Investment Manager of PNC Alternative Strategies Fund LLC, PNC Alternative Strategies TEDI Fund LLC, PNC Long-Short Fund LLC, PNC Long-Short TEDI Fund LLC, PNC Absolute Return Fund LLC and PNC Absolute Return TEDI Fund LLC (the "Funds"), on September 8, 2011 and October 4, 2011, the Boards of Directors of the Funds voted to liquidate the Funds. As a result, the Funds were liquidated by the close of business on December 30, 2011.
